Bicycle and Accessory orders are dispatched within two days of order placed
Delivery will take place within 24 hours of dispatch
Most orders are delivered next working day if the order is placed before 12pm
If your item is out of stock it will have to be sent from our warehouse so there will be a delay of around 2 days. If this is the case we will notify you straight away.
Delivery is via Fastway Couriers with full tracking information provided via email and SMS text message service

We do not deliver bicycles in a factory condition, we fully assemble all bikes then remove the handlebar and pedals (5 mins to replace) this ensures a trouble free cycle and prevents any damage occurring while in transit
We provide Allen keys and a spanner with every bike for adjustment of handlebars to suit your riding position and removal of pedals etc
We also provide an easy to follow step by step instruction leaflet for making any adjustments if needed and a super fast customer service response if you need assistance
We accept the return of items only if they are in their original packaging and unused. To return an item to us you must telephone or email us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so.
If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
