If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the Site. Gallagher Cycles may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are periodically made to this site and may be made at any time. The use of this site and the purchase of products are subject to these terms and conditions. Any order made by you shall constitute an offer to purchase. No contract shall exist between you and Gallagher Cycles for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Gallagher Cycles accepts your order by email. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and shall be deemed to be effectively communicated to you at the time. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfill all orders, Gallagher Cycles cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. Gallagher cycles reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any goods or service listed on this Site at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in euro and are valid in the Republic of Ireland only with the option of selecting GBP prices which are valid for the United Kingdom only.

Prices are inclusive of Vat and may not include delivery charges. Gallagher Cycles accept payment by PayPal, Laser, Visa and Mastercard. Customer Credit Card Information is not stored by Gallagher Cycles on our secure servers.

We will use the information you provide solely for the purposes of processing your order or enquiry.

Details required as part of the payment process for security and validation checks will be passed by Stripe/Ulster Bank

Gallagher Cycles will endeavor to have your product delivered within three working days, Items cannot be delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Gallagher Cycles shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We accept the return of items only if they are in their original packaging and unused. To return an item to us you must telephone us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
